「Stir-Fried Dishes 100」 Gyoza – 「熱炒 100系列」芹菜豬肉煎餃

Dough:
  1. Flour type 405 
  2. Sunflower oil 5mL (1 teaspoon)
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon
Ingredient:
  1. Mett 600g
  2. chopped Celery 300g
  3. Sesame oil 30mL
  4. White pepper as much as you like
Hints:
  1. You can buy all of the material in a typical German market like REWE. 
  2. Use Mett(gewürzt) instead so that you don’t have to add additional soybean sauce.
  3. There are so many combinations of which the ingredient is made, such as beef and shallot… Google more possibilities on Internet.
  4. Don’t forget to add a little bit oil to your dough. When you have dealt with your one, leave it “relaxed” for 30 mins.
  5. You can fried it like what you had in a Japanese restaurant. And you can also boil it up with hot water to make it more healthy.
